For more than 26 years, I’ve been the person leaders bring in when they want someone who is candid, calm, and practical. I don’t stand at the front of the room to perform. My role is to listen for the question that nobody has quite voiced yet — and then help the group turn that honesty into useful action.

I primarily work with directors, VPs, and senior leaders in technical, engineering, recruitment and aviation sectors across the UK and internationally — typically at the point where their technical credibility is no longer enough on its own. My goal is simple: I get up to speed quickly and focus on what will actually move the needle for you.
